We are offering cancellation cover for the Welsh Gatehouse. This will allow you to cancel without penalty, and receive a full refund, provided you give us a minimum of 3 days notice. For example, if your stay starts on a Friday then you would need to notify us by 2pm on the preceding Tuesday that you wish to cancel your holiday. ) The insurance only covers the ‘Welsh Gatehouse’ part of your stay, and does not cover any travel to or from the property, nor any other excursions or expenses you might incur by cancelling. When notify us, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days (usually sooner). If you would like to do this please contact Juliet on info@welshgatehouse.com. This insurance will cost an additional 25% of the cost of your holiday. This would mean that if the unexpected happens and you have to cancel your holiday at the last minute for any reason, such as falling ill, suffering a sudden bereavement, having an accident that leaves you unable to travel, you can cancel without penalty.

BUYAGIFT/RED LETTER VOUCHERS
If you have a voucher for one night, and would like to purchase a 2nd night – the cost will be £195 to turn it into a 2 night stay.
The vouchers are for low season – to upgrade to a night in high season costs an additional £100
