If the dates show as available on the calendar they are 95% likely to be available. The only exception is if someone happens to have booked the same dates within the previous half hour, and we have not been able to get online to amend the dates. We will email to confirm your booking within 24 hours (usually less). Should there be a clash and your dates are not available we will immediately give you a full refund.

DEPOSIT LINKS
To pay for a £150 deposit for your stay
I will ask you to fill in the date of the first night and how many nights you are staying. It is helpful for you to put the day as well as the date. If someone else has already taken those dates, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund your monies in full.
We will confirm by sending you an email with the dates you have paid for and reserved in the subject line of the email.
NB Check in is from 2 p.m. and check out is by 10 a.m. If you would like a late check out feel free to ask. We can only confirm this once we know that we have no bookings coming in on that day (usually 48 hours before your ‘late checkout’ day), and if someone books in at the last moment, and we can no longer offer the free-of-charge late checkout, we will let you know. However, if we can accommodate it we will, Obviously, if it is a ‘changeover day,’ with new guests arriving, then we won’t be able to offer a late checkout.
